Edward D. Bradley Jr.

Ed Bradley graduated with degrees in Business Administration and Accounting in 1993. After working in Accounting for two years, Ed began his management career in Wichita, Kansas with Wendys in 1995. Over the next eight years Ed was groomed and promoted up through the ranks at Wendy's and then Pepsico, working for Pizza Hut. After relocating to Atlanta in 1998, he finished his QSR career in a training capacity with RTM, the largest Arby's franchisee in the U.S. Ed then gained valuable full-service credentials over the next four years with Brinker International and Brio Tuscan Grille, opening locations in Atlanta, Knoxville and Virginia Beach before joining the team at Hospitality Management Consulting in 2005 and subsequently assuming all day-to-day operations as president in 2008.
